In the case of second-cycle studies, the most popular were the fields of industrial IT, automation and industrial IT and architecture.
Silesian University of Technology not only offers students almost 60 interesting courses, but also focuses on interdisciplinary education. That is why the highest quality knowledge is taught based on modern and flexible teaching methods, carried out in specialized laboratories. Silesian University of Technology also closely cooperates with industry, which allows students to take internships and work placements in companies in Silesian agglomeration, thanks to which they gain valuable experience.
An important and interesting method for students is project-oriented education – PBL (Project/problem Based Learning), i.e. teaching through the implementation of projects and solving real research problems. This method is most often used during laboratory or project classes and the student, alone or in a team, has the opportunity to individually approach a given task (problem) and develop his own, effective path and way of solving it.
