The most important event of the European City of Science Katowice 2024 is ahead of us - EuroScience Open Forum 2024 (ESOF). The event is intended for not only an academic community and will attract participants from all over Europe, so it is worth planning to participate in this event today. A unique opportunity to participate in this event is the opportunity to be a volunteer and see the backstage of organizing such a large event.

The ESOF conference will be held at the International Congress Centre (ICC) in Katowice from 12th to 14th of June 2024.

Volunteers interested in cooperation in this event must be available from 8:00 to 18:00. There are two job shifts possible on these days (8-14 or 13-18).

During the performance of volunteer duties, the organizers provide NNW insurance, food, admission to conferences, and after the conference also a commemorative certificate.

The tasks of volunteers include the maintenance of help points (information points), assistance to coordinators and verification of access to the zones.

To become a volunteer, you must be over 16 years old and speak English language.

ESOF (EuroScience Open Forum) is a conference held every two years in the European City of Science - in 2024 it is Katowice.
