Enrolment for participation in the University Championships for the AWF Rector’s Cup in Katowice, which will be held as part of the XV Katowice Running Festival named after Jerzy Kukuczka.

On May 18th , 2024, in the Katowice Forest Park (Katowice, Muchowiec), the 15th edition of the Katowice Running Festival named after Jerzy Kukuczka will take place.

Registration for participation in cross-country competitions on the distance of 5 km, 10 km and in the half-marathon has already started.

Katowice Running Festival named after Jerzy Kukuczka is an event that has already permanently entered the sports map of Silesia. This time, on the occasion of the celebrations of the European City of Science Katowice 2024, for the first time the University Championships for the Rector’s Cup in Katowice will be held. Each university has the right to submit 20 participants without charge to start in this event.
