A message addressed to academic teachers

Due to the entry into force of the Regulation of the Minister of Science of 15 February 2024 amending the Regulation on the amount of the minimum monthly basic salary for a professor at a public university with effect from 1^st January 2024, the employer is obliged to comply immediately with the above-mentioned Regulation. Therefore, the guaranteed minimum basic salary will be paid on 8^th March 2024. 

After signing the “Arrangements for the rules for the implementation of the remuneration increase of employees employed at the Silesian University of Technology” with trade union organizations operating at the University, the employer will immediately proceed to the wage regulation based on the above-mentioned agreement.
