International Fair of Inventions and Innovations INTARG®2023
The 16th edition of the International Fair of Inventions and Innovations INTARG®2023 is approaching, which will take place on May 24th and 25th at the International Congress Centre in Katowice. A year ago, scientists from the Silesian University of Technology received many awards, including Platinum Award of the Fair.
The INTARG® fair is one of the most renowned international events presenting and promoting inventions and innovations. This event is dedicated to the presentation of the potential and achievements of technological thought and science, i.e. inventions, technologies and services addressed to industry. They are supported by respected Polish and international institutions and organizations.
The leading objective of the Fair is the promotion and commercialization of inventions and innovations, and technology transfer. They are a platform for cooperation between the scientific community and industry, and also offer assistance in obtaining funds for development based on innovation and new technologies. The program of the fair will include, among others: competitions, discussion panels, the ceremonial inauguration and the final gala of awarding the highest-ranking awards with a rich artistic setting.
The Silesian University of Technology is the Content Partner of the fair. Participation in the event is coordinated by the Centre for Incubation and Technology Transfer of the Silesian University of Technology, which organizes a conference entitled "15 years of synergy between science and business", which will inaugurate the celebration of the 15th anniversary of this unit.
