Guest lecture by prof. Jean Roncali
On March 21st , a guest lecture by prof. Jean Roncali titled "Design of functional π-conjugated systems for advanced applications". The meeting will take place in the Council Room of the Faculty of Chemistry ( 9, M. Strzody Street, room 205). Beginning at 11.00.
Prof. Jean Roncali was for many years the Scientific Director of the CNRS-University of Angers in France and is now a professor at the Babes Bolyai University in Romania. His main scientific interests include the design and synthesis of functional coupled systems as electrode materials, self-assembled nanostructures, as well as organic semiconductors, OFETs, OLEDs and solar cells. Prof. Roncali is the co-author of over 350 scientific papers cited over 30,000 times (H = 79), 22 patents, and 185 conference presentations.
The visit was co-financed as part of the implementation of the task in the pro-quality program regarding investment in the development of internationalization from the funds of the Excellence Initiative - Research University program.
