LOT Summer Internship 2026
We invite you to participate in the prestigious internship program: “LOT Summer Internship 2026”. It is a proposal for students and graduates of universities who want to gain paid experience in the aviation industry and work on projects that have real significance for the functioning of the national carrier.
In this year’s edition, LOT Polish Airlines plan to select 30 trainees and enable them development in one of 21 areas of activity (including network connections, revenue management, ground operations, technology, fleet, strategy, or IT), with a range of tasks tailored to interests and skills and an attitude toward multi-faceted development.
The program starts on July the 1st and lasts until September 30th, and while it lasts, trainings and workshops will be provided as well as the opportunity to learn about aviation industry “from the inside out”, including visiting the spaces usually available only to LOT Polish Airlines employees. Each trainee receives the support of a tutor who introduces them to key processes and assists in the implementation of tasks, and after the completion of the program, participants will receive a double ticket for a selected flight from the regular LOT network.
Among the participants of the previous editions were students and graduates of the Silesian University of Technology, which shows that this program is really available to our academic community.
