From March 16th to April 19th, recruitment for the Direction ORLEN Internship Program and the paid Work Placements Program is taking place. This is a great opportunity for students and graduates to gain their first professional experience, work on real projects and develop under the guidance of experts. Development programs for young people often become the beginning of a longer career path – they give the opportunity to test their knowledge in practice and get to know work in the organization “from the inside.”
Who are we looking for?
Direction ORLEN is 6 months of development, participation in various business projects. The internship can be applied for students of the last years of studies, graduates and anyone who wants to change the direction of their professional career. We are looking for people within dozens of specializations in areas such as energy, electromobility, finance and accounting, it, marketing, wholesale, technology and development, purchasing, and sustainability.
Work Placements Program is a 3-month holiday (July-September) chance to gain experience in the area of production or research and development. As part of the work placement, the trainees perform technical tasks in real production conditions. Students of recent years and graduates of technical or engineering faculties may apply for work placements.

In this year’s 12th edition, internships are offered by ORLEN S.A. and as many as 16 ORLEN Group companies: Anwil, Enspirion, ORLEN Aviation, Energa, Energa Wytwarzanie, ORLEN Centrum Serwisowe, ORLEN Kolej, ORLEN Centrum Usług Korporacyjnych, ORLEN Eko, ORLEN Laboratorium, ORLEN Neptun, ORLEN Paliwa, ORLEN Południe, ORLEN Projekt, ORLEN Serwis, ORLEN Transport.
The cities in which internships can be held are Warsaw, Płock, Włocławek, Gdańsk, Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Jedlicze, Katowice, Kielce, Cracow, Lublin, Rzeszów and Trzebinia.
In total, there are as many as 75 internship offers waiting for candidates – there is a lot to choose from!
What will you gain?
Interns and apprentices can count on the individual and constant support of the tutor, as well as development under the supervision of specialists in their fields. An additional benefit of the Direction ORLEN programme is an ambassador program for interns, which you can be a part of, create a great community and participate in additional activities. In turn, under the paid internship program, there is the possibility of co-financing the rental of apartments and studies for people who continue working after work placements.
