The opportunity to decide on the appearance of Krakow Square
Krakow Square will change. How? This will be decided by its users. Silesian Urban Lab, a research and social initiative established by employees from the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology and urban activists from Gliwice, invites employees and students to express their opinions on the developed concepts of changes in this urban space.
On the plackrakowski.pl website, five three-dimensional configurations are available – variant layouts of the square, which result from conclusions and voices collected in the first phase of research. A descriptive version of the ideas with illustrations (visualizations) and daily updated responses to selected (anonymous) comments are now available at slaskiurbanlab.pl.
Comments and opinions regarding the proposed ideas can be posted directly on plackrakowski.pl or sent to the address urbanlabgliwice@gmail.com or sent directly, in a conversation, at the next call of Silesian Urban Lab (according to the schedule on https://slaskiurbanlab.pl/kalendarz).
Consultations of the developed ideas will last until November 25th.
We invite you to express your comments and opinions, they will be the basis for the final concept and, subsequently, the construction project.
