Develop your teaching skills with the Centre for Modern Education!
The Centre for Modern Education of the Silesian University of Technology invites the academic community – academic teachers of our University – to participate in the series of trainings entitled: “Game-based learning – 2 edition”, which will enrich the didactic workshop and support the development of the role of a teacher in a modern educational environment.
The trainings are implemented as part of the F2S project “Silesian University of Technology as a university supporting staff on the way to excellence” and are addressed to people who already participate in this project.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- discover new methods of working with students,
- get to know digital tools - including solutions based on artificial intelligence,
and in practice see how technology can facilitate and enhance didactics.
We start in October! The cycle includes 5 training courses from October to December 2025. A detailed schedule will be announced at the end of September / early October, but it is worth reserving time for developing your own competences today.
In the program of the training cycle, among others:
- Word – advanced functions for academic teachers,
- activation methods and selection of teaching tools (including AI),
- gamification in didactics,
- Microsoft 365 – modern tools in didactic work,
- effective evaluation criteria and technologies supporting student evaluation.
More details coming soon!
