In just 100 days, the Women in Tech Summit 2025 – the largest technology event for women in Europe – starts. The event is aimed at women interested in modern technologies at all career levels, from female students to female scientists.

In just 100 days, the Women in Tech Summit 2025 – the largest technology event for women in Europe – is starting. The event is aimed at women interested in modern technologies at all career levels, from female students to female scientists.

Less than a month has left to an important event that will bring together engineers from all over Poland and beyond. On June 4-5, Warsaw will become a global centre of technology and innovation. The seventh edition of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit will attract 10 thousand participants from more than 80 countries to EXPO XXI, who will explore the future of technology together.

Key topics of this year’s edition will include quantum technologies, the future of artificial intelligence (post LLM-AI), a new era of AI and semiconductor chips, robotics and automation, nuclear fusion. The Summit will also include over 100 partners, 500 speakers, 50 specialist workshops (tech and soft skills), career fairs and mentoring sessions. Behind all this is the Perspektywy Education Foundation, which for years brings together people shaping the future of technology, science, and innovation.

Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025 is not only a space for technological innovation, but also a discussion about the social role of technology. The organizers want to prove that diversity, equality, and inclusivity are the driving forces of technology. Because technology is not only code and algorithms – it is a community, an exchange of ideas, a multitude of perspectives. The topics of this year’s edition will include: the power of mature women in the technology industry, the potential of neurodiversity, creating satisfying career paths.

As in previous editions, the Summit space will also feature a special Climate Zone (a place for discussion of leading environmental organizations on the protection of our planet), but there will also be a novelty - Engineering Hall, a space filled with breakthrough technologies and engineering innovations! Participants will immerse themselves in the world of robotics, artificial intelligence, space technologies, energy of the future, materials engineering, biotechnology, and intelligent transport systems.

The Summit will be attended by world-class experts of new technologies, representing global technology giants such as Google and IBM.

The Summit will once again announce a list of the top 100 experts in technology, science, and innovation (AI, cloud computing, 5G, cybersecurity, data science). This year the main category is Engineering – and from among the 100 winners we will select the top 10 Women in Engineering in Poland, who will be honoured during the Gala.
