Silesian scientific stand-up – second edition
The Science Popularization Centre invites you to the II Silesian Scientific Stand-up on May the 17th in Gliwice. On the stage of the "Spiral" Student Club there will be scientists and PhD students who will talk about their work "in layman terms" and with humour.
Scientific stand-up is one of the innovative forms of popularization of science. Scientists using it combine knowledge with entertainment and, under the guise of jokes, convey even the most complex scientific issues, as well as introduce viewers to the background of their work.
