Engineer’s Cinema – a series of educational meetings for students of the Silesian University of Technology
Original films inspire, stimulate creativity and are great entertainment - the Student Activity Centre invites you to a unique series of educational meetings for students of the Silesian University of Technology - the Engineer's Cinema.
The first meeting will take place on April 3rd at 17.00 in the Student Creativity Centre at 3, Akademicka Street in Gliwice.
Each meeting is a screening that will not only be entertainment, but also make you think, because film art shows breakthrough ideas and forces you to think outside the box – and yet creativity is the heart of engineering!
Each screening will be preceded by a short introduction, which will introduce into the context and allow you to perceive the film from a completely different side, and after the screening we hope for an exchange of thoughts and discussion. We will also invite scientists who will talk about their research or develop the issues raised in films. See with us how art and technology intertwine with each other.
Let us surprise you, come to the Engineer's Cinema and let us inspire each other. The meetings are free, due to the limited number of seats in the cinema room, registration is required.
