Academic Management Championships – a chance for students to gain business experience!

Do you dream of gaining practical experience in managing a company? Do you want to test your business skills and face the best students from all over Poland? If so, the Academic Management Championship (AMM) is a competition created just for you!

AMM is a nationwide, free business competition, in which teams of 3 students, under the supervision of a lecturer (team supervisor), take on the role of entrepreneurs and manage their own virtual enterprise. Using Simulations, participants make realistic decisions in areas such as finance, marketing, sales, HR, and investment. The competition allows you to gain valuable knowledge that can be used in your future professional career.

What is the schedule of the competition?

• Recruitment for the competition - the lecturer submits a team of 3 students to the competition using the form available at: https://revas.pl/amm/ [11.02.2025 - 10.03.2025]
• Online qualifiers – participants make strategic decisions and compete with other teams. [24.03.2025 - 04.05.2025]
• Live final in Jasionka near Rzeszów – the best 10 teams will meet to fight for the title of Academic Management Champions! The final will be held as part of the Carpathian Startup Fest 2025, which means that the finalists will take part in the best startup conference in Poland. [21.05.2025 - 22.05.2025] 

How to apply?

Applications for the competition are made by an academic teacher. The number of student teams from one university is unlimited. Please note: One lecturer can submit 1 team of students. The registration deadline is March 10, 2025
