Art & Design Competition
In 2018, at the Beijing University of Technology, the first edition of the "Art & Design Competition" was held. It was addressed to students and employees of universities associated with the Sino-Polish University Consortium. The competition was very popular among participants and proved to be an extremely valuable platform for promoting dialogue between universities in China and Poland and also with the economic partners.
The second edition of the competition is currently underway. It is hosted by the Silesian University of Technology together with the University of Silesia and two Chinese universities: the Beijing University of Technology and the Chongqing Jiaotong University. The competition is organised by the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology. The topic of the competition "Mind & Senses in Art & Design 2020" constitute
individual interpretations and references to the tradition and contemporary everyday life of the Consortium partner countries which can contribute to mutual understanding and promotion of their cultures.
