PhD Eng. Mariusz Kmiecik Receives Funding in the MINIATURA 10 Competition
Another research success for the Faculty of Organization and Management at Silesian University of Technology. PhD Eng. Mariusz Kmiecik, Assistant Professor at the Department of Logistics, has received funding under the MINIATURA 10 competition organized by the National Science Centre (NCN). The awarded funding will support the research activity entitled “Multi-Agent Systems Based on Large Language Models (MAS-LLM) in Scope 3 Emissions Management in Supply Chains.”
The funding represents an important step in advancing research on the use of AI in logistics and solutions supporting emissions reduction in supply chains. The MINIATURA competition, organized by the National Science Centre, supports small-scale research activities, including preliminary and pilot studies, literature and archival research, and research visits, which can provide a foundation for the development of larger research projects in the future.
