Project Management – A Course at Yanshan University in Qinhuangdao Delivered by Dr. Eng. Seweryn Tchórzewski
Dr. Eng. Seweryn Tchórzewski, a staff member of the Department of Management at the Faculty of Organization and Management, has for the second time delivered a course in project management at Yanshan University in Qinhuangdao for students who will become future electrical and electronic engineers.
The classes attracted considerable interest and surprise – alongside Volts, Watts, and Amperes, topics such as team communication, goal setting, defining milestones, budget planning, and risk management were also introduced.
As emphasized by Dr. Eng. Seweryn Tchórzewski, delivering lectures and project-based classes in a new environment is always a challenge, but at the same time a source of great satisfaction and enjoyment.
The visit and the delivery of the course at Yanshan University constitute another example of the internationalization of teaching activities and academic cooperation of the Faculty of Organization and Management.
