5th Edition of the “Create a Green Future with Cemex” Competition for Students and Graduates of Technical Universities
Do you have a diploma thesis in one of the following thematic areas?
• CO₂ reduction in the 5C value chain
• Eco-friendly and innovative material solutions (including alternative / recycled raw materials)
• Circular economy
• Circular economy
• Optimisation and improvement of production processes and product efficiency
Take part in the “Create a Green Future with Cemex” competition!
Purpose of the competition:
The competition aims to recognise the best diploma theses that present innovative technological and product solutions within the construction industry, supporting the climate goals of the European Green Deal.
Who can participate?
Submissions are accepted for:
• Bachelor’s theses
• Engineering theses
• Master’s theses
• Postgraduate theses
Works must have been defended between September 2024 and March 2026 and must not have been previously submitted to any Cemex competition.
Theses created at the initiative of and/or in cooperation with Cemex Polska will not be eligible.
Application deadline: 15 March 2026
Awards:
• 1st place: 7,000 PLN
• 2nd place: 5,000 PLN
• 3rd place: 3,000 PLN
• Additional financial awards for supervisors of the winning theses
