PM Nights: Teamwork 4.0
The 13th edition of PM Nights: Teamwork 4.0 conference will take place on May 21–22, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maszynownia venue in Nowe Gliwice (Bojkowska 37), organized by KZP SOLVER at the Faculty of Organization and Management, Silesian University of Technology.
The agenda features three expert-led discussion panels:
- Teams of the Future – exploring how AI, automation and emerging technologies shape the future of teamwork.
- Hybrid Teams – discussing best practices for engaging and managing distributed teams in hybrid work environments.
- Communication is Key – highlighting the importance of open dialogue, trust, and collaboration in project success.
On the second day, participants will also take part in an interactive information management simulation game to apply their knowledge in a hands-on, team-based setting.
Free admission, with refreshments, coffee and tea provided.
