At the invitation of Professor Aleksandra Kuzior, Dean of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology, our guest will be MEP Dr. Borys Budka. On Monday, April 7, he will deliver an open lecture as part of the series “Faces of Business, Science, and Politics. Management in Theory and Practice.”

This time, our speaker is a prominent figure from the spheres of public, economic, and political management. Since last year, Dr. Borys Budka has served as a Member of the European Parliament (10th term) and Chair of the EP Committee on Industry, Research, and Energy. Previously, he was Minister of State Assets, Chair of the Civic Platform, and Head of the Parliamentary Club of the Civic Coalition. He also held the position of Minister of Justice and was a Member of Parliament for four terms. Residents of Zabrze also remember him as a local government official actively involved in the city's life.

The event will take place at 12:00 PM on Monday, April 7, in room C3 at the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology in Zabrze, located at 26 Roosevelta Street.
