This unique event is dedicated to leaders, business owners, and board members who embrace the challenges of today’s business world in an inclusive and supportive way. In a time of rapid global changes, as well as within the European Union, the ability to adapt and leverage diversity has become a key element for organizational success.

The program includes keynote speeches and power talks, as well as five discussion panels featuring distinguished guests:

The conference will showcase women as the primary speakers and panelists, including business owners, company executives, and city mayors. Many of them are entrepreneurs affiliated with the Business Centre Club from across Poland, who will share their experiences and success stories in business.

The conference will begin at 10:00 AM at Park Hotel Diament, located at 37 Wita Stwosza Street in Katowice. We welcome representatives from the business sector and local governments.

The event is organized by the BCC Lodges of Katowice, Łódź, Częstochowa, and Małopolska.
