
For the 22nd time, POLITYKA was awarded the POLITYKA Scientific Awards. Of nearly 300 applications, the Professors' Chapter, composed of scientists of the highest position in the world of Polish science, selected 15 finalists. Then, the Social Chapter, composed of people known for their extraordinary civic activity and professional, business, and artistic achievements, selected five winners of the Scientific Awards, who received scholarships of PLN 15,000 zloty for each. An additional prize for them is an interview in the "Polityka" journal. The remaining ten winners received final prizes of PLN 5,000. zloty.

TECHNICAL SCIENCES: Dr. hab. Eng. Żaneta Świderska-Chadaj, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology
