Our students' successes at conferences
We are proud to announce our students' recent achievements at scientific conferences!
Magdalena Krycha won the award for best presentation at the international conference InterTechDoc 2025 (First steps in longitudinal articulatory data collection: observations concerning registration of dataset for Polish sibilant analysis in children). Her presentation was highly appreciated by the jury and event attendees.
Our students achieved equally impressive results at the HTIC 2025 conference, where they were recognized for their poster presentations:
Oliwia Skórzewska – 2nd place (LME-Based modeling of age and place of articulation effects on the production of the [ż] consonant in preschool children)
Wojciech Pieniążek – 3rd place (Detection of sigmatism in child speech using mel-spectrograms and convolutional neural networks)
Maria Filipek – Distinction (Automatic recognition of sign language)
