ForSpeech at the Interspeech 2025 conference in Rotterdam
Dr. Zuzanna Miodońska and Dr. Agata Sage represented the Forspeech team at the international Interspeech 2025 conference in Rotterdam. The conference provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss with other research teams. The researchers also had the chance to present our team's work. Presented papers focused on: (1) the detection of non-normative sibilant articulation patterns in children using a hybrid HMM-SVM classifier and features related to frication noise, and (2) the statistical analysis of visual features of speech organs during sibilant articulation in children with different dentalization patterns.
