Faculty of Biomedical Engineering

The Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, together with the consortium leader, the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, invites you to free postgraduate studies in the field of "Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Medicine." The Medical Research Agency financed the studies as part of an original project called "Innovative Medicine based on Facts, IT, AI, and Robotics." The project aims to present technological progress, IT, AI, and robotics solutions in medicine and health care.

The project aims to enable medical staff in the biomedical sector to supplement their professional qualifications by obtaining specialized knowledge and practical skills for developing the medical environment dominated by modern technology. The studies last two semesters and are conducted on weekends (eight remote meetings, four remote meetings, including laboratory classes at the EHTIC center in Zabrze). The following studies editions will start in 2025/2026 and 2026/2027.
