Our field of study on the Perspektywy 2023 rankings podium!
In the 24th edition of the Perspektywy 2023 University Ranking, the biomedical engineering field at our Faculty achieved the third position in Poland!
We obtained 89.4 points, whereas the Warsaw University of Technology (100 points) and the AGH University (94.3 points) completed the podium in this category. The ranking is based on 12 criteria, and we were the best in Poland in three: assessment by academic staff, accreditation index, and FWCI (field-weighted citation impact). In the ranking of academic universities, the Silesian University of Technology took 12th place in Poland and again became the highest-rated academic university in the Silesian Voivodeship.
