Siemens award for our PhD student
Mr. Piotr Dukalski - PhD student at the Silesian University of Technology and employee of the Łukasiewicz Research Network - KOMEL Institute of Electric Drives and Machines, was the laureate of the 25th Competition for the Siemens Award for scientists and research teams. The research award was granted for the work entitled: "Motor to be built into the wheels of electric cars with increased power density" performed by the team consisting of: Piotr Dukalski, MSc (project manager, constructor - electrician), Bartłomiej Będkowski, PhD, Tomasz Wolnik, PhD and Tomasz Jarek, MSc. The promoter of Piotr Dukalski’s implementation doctorate at the Silesian University of Technology in cooperation with KOMEL is Professor Roman Krok from the Institute of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
