Recipient of the Rector's Award at our Department!
On January 16, 2026, our Department's doctoral student, Magdalena Marny, M.Sc. Eng., received a prestigious distinction from the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology, Prof. Marek Pawełczyk, Ph.D., Eng., and the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education, Prof. Anna Chrobok, Ph.D., Eng., during a gala ceremony in the Senate Hall of the Silesian University of Technology.
The doctoral student was honored with the Rector's Award, Third Degree, for special commitment to organizational activities on behalf of the University for students and doctoral students of the Silesian University of Technology, in recognition of her active attitude, initiative, and contribution to the development of the academic community. This distinction is a tribute to her work, commitment, and active involvement in the academic community.
