Silesian Biotechnology Days Bakcyl 2023
The next Silesian Biotechnology Days “Bakcyl”, organised by the Biotechnology Students Association, will take place on 31 May and 1 June. The first day of the event will be devoted to popular science lectures and laboratory classes, aimed mainly at secondary school students facing the choice of their future careers. Our Department will be represented by Joanna Żyła, PhD, who will deliver a lecture entitled "Life written in numbers - so when computer scientist and biologist meet, know that something is going on", and Justyna Mika, PhD, and Joanna Tobiasz, MSc, who will conduct bioinformatics workshops.
