Participation of our PhD students in the ML in PL 2025 conference

From October 15 to 18, 2025, our PhD students: Seweryn Kalisz, BEng, MSc, and Tomasz Strzoda, BEng, MSc, participated in one of the most popular machine learning conferences in Poland – ML in PL 2025, held at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw.

During the event, they had the opportunity to attend inspiring presentations by speakers from leading universities and top companies worldwide, including the University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, University of Amsterdam, Technical University of Munich, Google DeepMind, Google, Tenstorrent, Allegro, IDEAS Research Institute, Snowflake, and many others.

A valuable aspect of attending the conference was also the chance to engage in discussions during poster sessions and to network during breaks between sessions. Exchanging experiences with researchers and practitioners working in the broad field of artificial intelligence provided our PhD students with valuable insights into current trends in both academia and industry.

Participation in ML in PL 2025 was a unique opportunity to expand knowledge, gain inspiration, and actively engage in the rapidly evolving field of machine learning.

We are proud of our Department’s representatives at this event and hope that the new connections they made will lead to exciting collaborations!
