Our representatives at ECR 2026
We are pleased to announce that two members of the KIiAED research team represented our group at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) 2026.
PhD student Anna Mrukwa delivered a presentation titled “Can traditional radiomics help in ultra low-dose early lung cancer diagnosis?”, discussing the potential of radiomics and deep learning methods to enhance early lung cancer detection while minimizing radiation exposure.
MSc student Łukasz Piórecki presented “CoMPaSS-NMD: Unlocking genotype-phenotype associations in neuromuscular disorders on MRI with machine learning”, showcasing the innovative integration of imaging, radiomics, and AI within the framework of the CoMPaSS-NMD project.
The participation of our young researchers at ECR 2026 reflects KIiAED’s ongoing commitment to advancing medical imaging, artificial intelligence, and data-driven healthcare research.
