Our PhD students in the Three Minute Thesis® qualifying rounds
We are delighted to announce that our PhD students: Seweryn Kalisz and Tomasz Strzoda, represented our department in the 7th Silesian edition of the Three Minute Thesis® competition, which took place on November 16th. This unique contest challenges participants to present their doctoral research in just three minutes, in an engaging and accessible manner.
We are proud to share that Tomasz Strzoda has advanced to the final of the competition, joining the top 10 participants! Seweryn Kalisz also performed excellently, earning recognition from the jury for his compelling presentation of his research.
The final will be held on Friday, November 29th, at 6:00 PM, at the “Mrowisko” Student Culture Center, located at Pszczyńska 85 in Gliwice. The event is free and open to the public, so we warmly invite you to attend, cheer for Tomasz, and show your support!
The jury for the qualifying round included:

- Robert Michnik, BEng, PhD, DSc, ProfTit (Department of Biomechatronics, Silesian University of Technology),
