MIRAMARE Project Meeting at CEA in Grenoble
On 10–11 June 2026, representatives of our Department participated in the consortium meeting of the MIRAMARE project as part of the EURATOM/PIANOFORTE programme, funded by the European Commission. The meeting was hosted by Dr Serge Candeias at the CEA – French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission in Grenoble, France.
Prof. Joanna Polańska and Dr Joanna Tobiasz represented our Department. During the meeting, Dr Tobiasz presented the results of our analyses, providing an overview of the progress achieved within the project activities.
The meeting brought together representatives of all project partners (Stockholm University, CEA, University of Campania, HQ Science, UK Health Security Agency), who shared updates on their respective work packages and discussed the next stages of the project. The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, discuss research findings, strengthen collaboration, and coordinate future activities within the consortium.
The meeting proved to be highly valuable and inspiring, reinforcing the strong international cooperation that underpins the MIRAMARE project.
