Distinction in the PTBI competition
We are pleased to inform that Anna Mrukwa, our PhD student, was granted distinction in the national competition for the best Master Thesis in Bioinformatics organized by the Polish Bioinformatics Society. Moreover, the work entitled "Unsupervised machine learning techniques for the analysis of heterogeneous cells pathway activity for the next-generation sequencing (scRNA-Seq)" was carried out under the supervision of Joanna Żyła, PhD.
