STATISTICA software for employees and students of the Silesian University of Technology
Under the agreement concluded between the Silesian University of Technology and StatSoft Polska Sp. z o.o., it is possible to obtain software STATISTICA 13.1 in the academic year 2017/2018 under Site Licence for employees, student studios and students of the units of the Silesian University of Technology.
The software is available in Polish and English language version. The Statistica installer should be downloaded from the website: https://www.statsoft.pl/zasoby/do-pobrania/s59kuc57dw/.
All current orders for Statistica, including renewals, are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to TIBCO Software products as set out in the licence agreement available at https://terms.tibco.com/posts/860956-end-user-license-agreement.
Before installing the software, each user should fill in the registration card available at www.statsoft.pl/Site_License/glD6251ps.php. The information contained therein will be sent to StatSoft (in order to register the user) and to the license administrator (in order to verify whether a given user is a person entitled to use the program). After completing the registration card the user will receive via e-mail the codes necessary to install or extend the license.

CAUTION!
- Filling out the registration form requires an account in the polsl.pl domain or in the student.polsl.pl domain. Statistica version 13.1 is not compatible with Windows XP and 2003 Server.
- Statistica version 13.1 can be installed on Windows Vista and newer, and their server counterparts.
For users who are still using Statistica 12.5 on Windows XP and 2003 Server, we recommend that you extend this version as it is not possible to install the latest version of Statistica 13.1 on these old systems.
