Access to the Document Management System is possible from the Silesian University of Technology network or VPN.
Logging into the Document Management System
When you go to www: sod.polsl.pl A login prompt (user name and password) should appear. The username should be entered in the form: polsl_akowalski or akowalski@polsl.pl. After logging in, the start page with tiles will appear:
Clicking on the "Employee Portal" tile will take you to the portal:
Then select "PITs and e-Passes" from the left-hand menu:
Then, after selecting the PIT document, you can download it by clicking "Download file":
Verifying a digital signature in a PDF document (in Acrobat Reader DC)
When opening a PDF document, the validity of the digital signature is unknown.
To verify the correctness of the signature, click on it and then in the signature approval status window - "Signature properties".
In the "Signature Properties" window, click "Show signature author certificate".
Then select the "CERTUM QCA" certificate from the left-hand side, go to the "Trusted" tab, where you should click "Add to trusted certificates".
The "Acrobat Security" prompt will appear and ask you to confirm the operation.
After clicking "OK", the "Contact import settings" window will appear, on which you should also click "OK".
Once you have returned to the "Certificate overview" window, you must also click "OK". On the other hand, the "Signature Properties" window can be closed with the "Close" button.
After reopening the PDF document the signature should be verified.
Printing a PDF document
The "Save ink/toner" option must be disabled for the electronic signature to print correctly.
