Integrated IT system
On 19.10.2020 the ServiceDesk Plus platform was launched. It is used for reporting errors, problems, requests for access and change of rights to systems and network infrastructure used at the Silesian University of Technology.
In the first stage of implementation of the ServiceDesk Plus platform, the employees of the Silesian University of Technology will have access to notifications concerning the ZSI system (SOD and DAX).

Problems and the need for consultation regarding the handling of demand processes, the processing of accounting notes and purchase invoices in the Document Management System can only be reported by e-mail to: pomoc.ci@polsl.pl

Logging into the Document Management System
When you go to www: sod.polsl.pl a login prompt (user name and password) should appear. The user name should be entered as: polsl\akowalski or akowalski@polsl.pl or akowalski. After logging in, the start page with tiles will appear:
