1. Analyzing and preliminary verification of statements submitted in eCZP and pricing reports submitted by project managers.

2. Explaining the content of statements and protocols in terms of compliance of the division of services presented in the statements with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law (PZP).

3. Consultation with project managers or other authorized persons.

4. Verifying the legitimacy of withdrawing from the price research in the event of the premise of ordering the service to one contractor, described and justified by the project manager in the protocol.

5. Assisting project managers (and / or persons authorized by them) in the correct preparation of the invitation to tender in the context of following: the principle of equal treatment of contractors, the principles of fair competition, objectivity and impartiality, as well as transparency of the procedure.

6. Placing remarks on irregularities found in the documents directly on the statements and protocols. In the case of more complicated matters - presenting the prepared opinion to the Director of CZP.

7. Assisting project managers (and / or persons authorized by managers) in the practical use of the eCZP system.

8. Cooperation with the Public Procurement and Procurement Department in the application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law having an impact (resulting from submitted statements and documents) on the possible balancing of certain service

9. Archiving (broken down into individual departments or units and types of projects: PBU, PBS, PBR, FSD, FSB, etc.) of submitted and verified original statements and protocols (applies to printed documents for projects outside the eCZP system).

The public procurement advisor performs the tasks referred to above for the projects supported by CZP1 - CZP7 offices.
