Project Management Center CZP

Interantional Projects Office (CZP3) responsibilites:

1) information and advisory activities for project managers in the field of obtaining funds under the programs, including assistance in the preparation of projects for project co-financing,

2) assistance for project managers in preparing budgets,

3) assistance for project managers at the stage of drawing up a consortium agreement and drawing up and signing a project grant agreement,

4) verification of credibility for project co-financing and issuing opinions for project managers,

5) verification of submitted and approved EU projects according to the checklists,

6) keeping records of projects, contracts (submitted, approved, and rejected),

7) collecting project evaluation reports,

8) consultancy for project managers in the field of project management,

9) managing  ZSI and eCZP internal systems with regards to programs and projects under CZP3,

10) contact with the faculty coordinators for project management,

11) fulfilling the role of LEAR for the purposes of the EU Framework Programs,

12) coordination of the tasks of the Horizontal Contact Point 

13) reporting and statistical analysis.
