Project Management Center CZP

The Educational Projects Office is an administrative unit operating under the Project Management Centre at the Silesian University of Technology.

The office conducts information and advisory activities for project managers in applying for funding for educational projects, including assistance in filling out applications for co-financing projects, as well as assistance for project managers in the scope of preparation of projects’ budgets.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES OF THE OFFICE:

Information and consultancy towards project managers for raising external funds for financing educational projects, including preparation of the project proposals

Support for project managers in preparation of projects’ budgets

Support for project managers in preparation of the Consortium contracts and at the stage of signing the project contract

Verification of the applications for co-financing projects and validation of the applications for authorizations for project managers ( the power of attorney)

Validation of the applications and contracts according to the checklists in relation to educational projects co-financed from external funds

Registration and monitoring of the submitted and approved project proposals and contracts

Monitoring of the project assessments

Assistance and consulting for project managers in the scope of project management

Reporting and statistical studies with reference to educational projects co-financed from external funds
