Documents on behalf of the Silesian University of Technology (unless the Rector's signature is required) must be signed by the V-ce Rector for Science and International Cooperation after obtaining the financial counter signature of the Bursar.

Important information
- The will to submit a project sign a contract / memorandum, on behalf of the Silesian University of Technology, must be reported to CZP and eCZP each time.
- The project manager must obtain the Rector's power of attorney to submit the application before its submission, even in the case when the SUT is not the project coordinator and the power of attorney is not required at the application stage.
- For new projects, it is usually required to open a separate bank account.
The project manager should contact CZP in time to obtain the required signatures and verify the application. Please, plan in advance.
