Verification Questionnaire for the processing entity
Before entrusting data to a potential processor, they are required to complete this questionnaire. The initiator of the data processing agreement submits the completed questionnaire, along with the agreement, to the data protection officer for approval before signing the agreement.

Questionnaire regarding personal data processing agreement
After signing the approved entrustment agreement, its initiator, within 7 days, sends the completed questionnaire along with a scan of the signed agreement to the Management Control and Security Office.
