1. Applications for dormitory accommodation for the 2025/2026 academic year (winter enrollment in 2026) should be submitted exclusively through the USOSweb system. Other forms of dormitory accommodation applications will not be accepted.
2. Students with student status who are not yet residents of dormitories should complete the "dormitory application" in the USOSweb system to obtain accommodation for the summer semester, i.e., from March 1st to July 31st, 2026. The application will be available from February 10th, 2026, to February 18th, 2026 (until 3:30 PM).
3. The decision regarding accommodation will be sent to the email address in the polsl.pl domain on February 24th, 2026. In the USOSweb system, the application will be displayed as either approved or denied.

5. Students whose applications are approved and receive a dormitory space can move in on dates according to the accommodation schedule.
