International Student Scientific Session
We invite you to take part in the 22nd edition of the International Student Scientific Session of the Faculty of Transport and Aviation Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology, which will take place on June 21, 2024 in a hybrid mode – stationary at Kato Science Corner, and for those interested from outside the Silesian University of Technology (who will not be able to participate in the conference stationary ) an online panel is planned. The event is planned to include: a plenary session, a poster (multimedia) session and a competition for the best presentations with attractive prizes. The conference is held as part of the European City of Science Katowice 2024 initiative.
For active participation (speech at plenary/poster session) at the conference, you can gain additional points for the Rector’s scholarship (international conference).
Abstracts of the papers will be published in the form of post-conference materials.
In the case of multi-author presentations (several people submitting one topic), the work should be submitted only ONCE. The form allows you to indicate co-authors.
Deadlines:
26/05/2024 – deadline for registration and submission of abstracts
02/06/2024 – sending the decision to people qualified for the presentation
09/06/2024 – deadline for sending a multimedia presentation and multimedia posters by people qualified to speak
21/06/2024 – Student Scientific Session
