Changes in the operation of the University beginning March 1, 2022.
By virtue of Amending Order No. 45/2022, changes have been made to the way work and services are provided, as well as education at the Silesian University of Technology.
It is still advisable to limit direct contact as much as possible, e.g. transfer of paper documentation by internal mail. As of March 1, the previous system of mail operation has been restored - correspondence will be distributed daily.
"In justified cases, it is possible for employees who are not academic staff to provide remote work with the assurance of proper and uninterrupted functioning of the unit/organizational unit." (§5.1 of Executive Order 182/2021; Legal Monitor PŚ of 2021, item 839, as amended)
Information on COVID-19 incidences in the form of a table should be sent to RR5@polsl.pl. This task is the responsibility of the Heads of units and organizational cells. Thus, in the case of suspicion or detection of infection, an employee is obliged to inform his/her superior in the first place.
