Position name: Workplace Deployment and support Specialist

Supervisor (N+1): Sergio Garcia Granda (for the moment, we are looking for a local one)
Job description: This role is about to support on the roll out of the FE transversal workplace solution for the BCOE in Poland
Main activities:
- Manage all on site installation and test tasks following the existing procedures
- Liasie with local people to support on the transition to the new workplace solution
- Perform customer support tasks
- Track and document the progression of the work
- Perform troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Windows 10 and O365 knowledge
- AD and SCCM knowledge will be considered a plus
- Good Engilsh skills
