“Success Is Born in the Mind” – Professor Zygmunt Łukaszczyk’s Lecture at Filomata High School
On March 19, as part of the celebration of Entrepreneurship Day, Prof. Dr. hab. Zygmunt Łukaszczyk, a professor at the Silesian University of Technology, was invited to the Filomata High School in Gliwice, a partner of our Faculty, where he delivered an inspiring lecture entitled "Success is Born in the Mind." During his speech, the Professor addressed the path to success, the importance of courage, consistency, and conscious goal-setting. He emphasized that the foundation of achievement is the right attitude and determination. The lecture was enriched by examples of outstanding figures who, despite numerous adversities, achieved global success, including Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Harrison Ford, Walt Disney, and Thomas Edison. The lecture was met with enormous interest from young people. A rapt silence reigned in the room, which best demonstrates how engaged and moved the students were by the Professor's message.
