Faculty of Organization and Management

Series of meetings entitled "Prevention of destructive and self-destructive behavior" is being launched at the Department of Organization and Management. This is the another initiative which is the result of the signing of a tripartite agreement on cooperation between the Faculty of Organization and Management, the City of Zabrze and the Zabrze Municipal Police Station. Previously, the academic community had the opportunity to participate in lectures and workshops on addiction prevention, held as part of the Conference "Freedom from... Freedom to... Ways and Crossroads of Overcoming One's Weaknesses".

This time, the series of prevention meetings will include issues related to modern technologies and destructive behavior online. The first lecture on "Disinformation and fake news" will be presented by young asp. Adam Strzodka, the police officer from the Prevention Department of the Zabrze City Police Station, who has been involved in social prevention for 5 years.
