Invitation to the International Costume Party

Welcome Point cordially invites you to the International Costume Party, which will take place on 10 February 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Staff Club of the Silesian University of Technology.

We warmly invite students, PhD candidates, and employees of the Silesian University of Technology, as well as their families – including children – to participate in the event. It will be a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, exchange experiences, make new friends, and enjoy great fun in a joyful carnival atmosphere.

The aim of the event is to bring together participants from various parts of the world and to create a space that fosters the integration of the international community of the Silesian University of Technology.

We encourage participants to wear carnival costumes or traditional outfits characteristic of their home countries. Colorful costumes and national accents will highlight the international character of the event and add a unique atmosphere.

The International Costume Party will be an evening full of music, dancing, smiles, and integration. Regardless of origin, age, or culture, everyone will find their place here and feel part of one large community of the Silesian University of Technology.

We warmly invite everyone — both Polish and international members of the university community — to join us.

Participation in the event requires prior registration.
