As part of the second edition of the series “Good Practices in Teaching”, organized by the Center for Modern Education, inspiring workshops were held focusing on innovative teaching methods, communication, and the role of the academic teacher in the modern world.
One of the workshops was led by Dr. Eng. Roksana Poloczek, who focused on effective communication, self-presentation, and building student engagement.
Over the course of three training days, conducted in both Polish and English, more than 100 PhD students and young lecturers from the Silesian University of Technology took part in the sessions.
The meetings provided a valuable space for exchanging experiences and reflecting on how to teach not only effectively, but also with passion, authenticity, and openness.
Sincere congratulations to Dr. Eng. Roksana Poloczek for her professionalism, commitment, and contribution to the development of teaching competences among young academics.
